I don't know if this helps at all, but he said the thing that really got him through was by abstaining from smoking for a period of time (as you have done) and taking that as proof that if he could survive without smoking for say, a day, he could surely survive without smoking for another day, and so on and so forth. A day became two days, two days became four, which became a week, then a month, and from what I can tell, he's never looked back.<br /><br />All the best, dude.
