As Jako was fighting for his life in the ambulance the Doctor said, 'I think we should start CPR.'

The Paramedics said, 'No we should start heart massage.'

The driver said, 'We should start an adrenaline drip.'

Jako fighting for life said, 'Fuck me, you wanna be starting something.'

I should make it clear that this joke was not the first submitted by The Giant on this subject. But it did make me laugh out loud.
